WEEKLY RENTAL - SATURDAY / SATURDAY - SUMMER / WINTER

Comfortable 44 m2 accommodation for 6/8 people located on Avenue de la Muzelle (Le Diamant 1 residence) right in the center of the resort (MN5 on the map). Located on the ground floor according to the classification of the residence and specifically on the 1st Floor with elevator.

Description
The accommodation was completely renovated in 2018, we installed underfloor heating with parquet floors and almost all of the equipment and the dishes are new.

The accommodation has a south-east facing terrace (around 10 m2) which offers a remarkable view of the slopes of the Muzelle and the slopes. The terrace is equipped with an extension table, 8 chairs, radiant heating. An electric shutter allows you to isolate yourself from the street in the evening.

At the entrance, a sleeping area with a 120 cm double bed and a flat screen, separated from the sleeping area by a partition and a curtain. The alcove with 2 bunk beds each with a small flat screen. The sleeping area has 2 large closets.
A bathroom with shower (hairdryer available), and a separate toilet.
A sliding door separates the sleeping area from the living area. The large living room is composed of a "real kitchen" equipped, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a dishwasher, a hob induction. In the dining area a large table that can seat up to 10 guests. The living area includes a Clic-Clac type sofa (double bed 140 cm) and a BZ type sofa (double bed 160 cm), a flat screen TV. A DVD player and a Bluetooth speaker are available

Parking at the foot of the building. 2 closed ski lockers located on the same landing. Entrance to the residence secured by digital code 24 hours a day.
