This 2 bedrooms ground floor apartment is located in the exclusive area of Los Flamingos, nearby the 5-star Villa Padierna Hotel and the renowned Los Flamingos Golf Course.

Located 15 minutes drive from Marbella, 7 minutes to Puerto Banús and 3 minutes to the beach.

The apartment has its own large private garden with easy access to the pool area perfect for families with children. There are two pools on site with beautiful surrounding gardens.

The apartment entrance hall leads to the living room with open kitchen. The master bedroom suite has access to the terrace overlooking the gardens and with sea views.
The second bedroom has a bathroom en suite and direct access to the garden.

The apartment has amazing sea views and on the Los Famingos Golf Course.
