On m a demandé des frais non annoncés
On m a demandé des frais non annoncés, la city tax facturée a été de 24 euros pour 2 jours alors qu elle aurait du être de 8 euros. L employé de l hote m a laissé dehors avec mes enfants à 20h du soir, le responsable devait venir pour finaliser. Finalement personne est venu et j ai du rechercher ou dormir ( il était 11h du soir avec les enfants) A fuire. Pour la deuxième partie de la semaine pour une autre location, l hôte à annulé 7 jours avant franchement les location sur votre site ne sont pas toujours sérieuses.

Very misleading pictures. Neighborhood was sketchy. Building was old. No AC. Was not what we were expecting and couldn’t deal with the heat and the dangerous stairs to the third floor that we left and checked into a hotel. The top floor is a loft and you can’t stand up. Careful when booking this.

Gut gelegene symphatische Ferienwohnung, aber für die kältere Jahreszeit nicht so geeignet.
Lage prima, Ausstattung grundsätzlich sehr gut aber mit kleinen Abstrichen. Keine Handtuchhaken, keine Toilettenrollenhalter im Bad, in einer Toilette roch es permanent unangenehm, keine Heizung. Der Behelf mit Radiator und Heizlüfter nur bedingt hilfreich, da die Hauptsicherung immer rausspringt, wenn mehr als ein Gerät einschaltet wird. Bei Außentemperaturen von unter 14 Grad C ist Heizung jedoch schon notwendig.Vermieter war immer um schnelle Abhilfe bemüht. Für die wärmere Jahreszeit erscheint die Wohnung im Stadtviertel Graca absolut empfehlenswert, sofern keine Kühlung durch seperate Klimageräte erforderlich wird. Dann mag das Problem mit der Hauptsicherung ebenfalls auftreten. Die Wohnung ist für 2 Personen oder Familien mit Kindern gut geeignet. Wohnung auf 2 Etagen, obere Etage ist für Personen über 180 cm Größe nicht so geeignet wegen Dachschrägen im Schlafraum und Bad. Dass es zwischenzeitlich verstärkt reingeregnet hat, war hinnehmbar, da wir kurzfristig in eine auf gleicher Etage freien Wohnung des Vermieters mit ähnlicher Ausstattung wechseln konnten. U.a. die Lage, die Sehenswürdigkeiten, die Atmosphäre, die Restaurants Lissabons ließen alle kleinen Unannehmlichkeiten vergessen.
