Amazing property
The property was beyond our expectations, clean (well spotless to be fair). Each room was left for us in an excellent condition, bed was very comfortable, kitchen area had everything that we could have asked for, sofa and chairs very nice. The wi-fi was excellent which for me is a must and allowed us to do what we needed with phones, laptop etc. shower really nice (been in plenty of decent hotels where the hot/cold cycle really gets on my nerves) but this was excellent. The views were amazing with the sunsets spectacular in the extreme. We were there over the Easter Bank holiday week and the area was nearly deserted, indeed we had the whole beach (which must be getting on for a mile long) totally to ourselves on a couple of days. If you want to get away from it all, relax and unwind then I couldn't recommend this highly enough - so good we have ended up booking another week for the summer - truly an outstanding area with the cottage itself more than living up to its surroundings

For a real “get away from the madness” place this cannot be beaten.
For a real “get away from the madness” place this cannot be beaten. The location made you feel that you were really away from civilisation, but with the advantage of the excellent facilities that the cottage provided. Freya our wolf/deerhound spent any time at the cottage on “sheepwatch” through the patio doors - you can tell she’s a “townie”! Plus as an avid 4x4 driver the male of the household really appreciated the drive on the track to and from the cottage. Review independently collected and verified by Reevoo

Absolutely stunning views and a very well appointed property.
Absolutely stunning views and a very well appointed property. In itself could not fault it but the drive down the unpaved, steep track with a hair pin bend was a little bit hairy especially on wet days. Luckily I have a 4x4 but also a fear of heights! Overall though I would rate the property and location very highly! Review independently collected and verified by Reevoo

The cottage location is lovely with fantastic sea views.
The cottage location is lovely with fantastic sea views. Weather permitting, there are some interesting walks and great views from higher ground of open countryside. It would be advisable to visit the property with a 4X4 as the car we used was scraping the bottom owing to the ruts in the road accessing the property.
