Apartment located halfway between the airport and Funchal city in a modern building. In less than 10 minutes you will be in Madeira capital city.
The apartment is located in a quiet and sunny area where you can enjoy a wonderful view over the Altantic ocean.

A propriedade situa-se a 11 Km do Funchal e a 16 Km do Aeroporto. A chegada foi uma agradável surpresa, pelo local, assim como a propriedade é ainda melhor ao vivo do que nas fotografias. A simpatia da Gestora da propriedade (Fátima) é única sempre disposta a ajudar. Limpeza irrepreensível, Fruta e géneros alimentares para pequeno almoço durante os sete dias. Vistas para o Oceano Atlântico como uma enorme Varanda para poder disfrutar do Pôr do Sol acompanhado por uma refrescante Poncha. Junto a uma das saídas da Via Expresso, contudo lugar calmo e relaxante para descansar. Perto de Restaurantes e da Praia do Garajau, acesso de Viatura ou pelo Teleférico do Garajau, aconselho o uso do Teleférico de ida e volta uma agradável surpresa. A 20 Km do Pico do Areeiro onde se pode realizar um dos mais belos Percursos Pedestres da Ilha (PR1). A 2 minutos de carro estamos na Estrada do Garajau local repleto de Bares, Restaurantes e Esplanadas muito adequado a todo o tipo de diversão noturna. Aconselho Vivamente a quem queira disfrutar desta propriedade aproveitando para descansar e ao mesmo tempo perto de tudo o que é deveras importante.
