Charming 18th century Périgord stone house with a large landscaped garden of 5000 m2 and a swimming pool (10m * 4m). Located in purple Périgord 25km south of Bergerac between the fortified towns of Eymet (5km) and Issigeac (15km), our house is fully equipped and has two fireplaces and an indoor jacuzzi. It will allow you to spend holidays or weekends with family or friends and take advantage of all the advantages of Périgord: tourism, gastronomy and discovery of Bergerac and Monbazillac wines on the program! Pleasant in all seasons, this 280m2 house offers large volumes which allow everyone to enjoy peaceful moments of relaxation.

Heerlijk groot typisch Frans huis met fantastische tuin en zwembad
Samen met onze kinderen en honden hebben we een heerlijke vakantie gehad in het grote huis. Het het huis ziet er nog charmanter en aantrekkelijker uit dan op de foto’s. Het zwembad is echt FANTASTISCH. Daar hebben we veel plezier van gehad. Zo schoon en goed schoon te houden dankzij de moderne apparatuur. In de zomer hebben we wel veel muggen gehad. Zowel overdag als ‘s avonds. Horren of klamboes in de ramen zouden fijn zijn om ‘s nachts koel en mugvrij te kunnen slapen.

Lovely house
This is a large comfortable house in a beautiful rural setting, backing onto fields. The lounge and dining rooms are beautiful and spacious. There are many pretty bastide towns nearby. There is a nice restaurant 10 minutes walk away in the village- Le Petit Bistro. We loved the pool as the weather was hot despite being in early September. Expect traditional rustic rather than ‘perfect’ accommodation.

Maison très agreable
Dommage que piscine et spa ne soient pas propre à notre arrivée et que nous ayons eux besoins de nettoyer par nous meme . Barbecue mal positionné et manque de parasol Pour une grande table. Mobilier de jardin très fatigué . Bruit de pompe agricole permanente . Stationnement sur la chausse à revoir. Aucun éclairage extérieur pour manger le soir .Coutumier de cette région nous avons vu beaucoup mieux. Cependant cette demeure est très agréable pour une grande famille.
