Magnificent house located in the heart of the Santa Cruz neighborhood, right in the center of Seville.

It is a complete house, part of the oldest and most classical Seville, located in the most traditional and historical area of the city. So are the few complete houses that still remain in the neighborhood of Santa Cruz.

The house is distributed in 3 floors, all of them accessible by internal staircase. On the ground floor there is a living room, a small toilet and the kitchen, fully equipped with everything you need. Going up to the first floor we find a room with a double bed of 1.50 x 2.00 m and another room with a single bed of 0.90 x 2.00 m. On the second floor we find a third room with two single beds of 0.90 x 2.00 and another single room of 0.90 x 2.00, as well as a separate bathroom. Finally, on the 3rd floor, we find a small open area with a small sofa, which can also be used as a bed. From there we have the access to the furnished private terrace.

The street Argote de Molina is one of the most beautiful and well known in the Santa Cruz neighborhood surrounds the Cathedral and finishes in the old Jewish quarter, one of the oldest and most historical areas of Seville. The house is located on the corner of Argote de Molina and Bamber streets.

In the surroundings of the house we can find the most typical and traditional bars and restaurants of Seville, where you can enjoy the best tapas at incredible prices! In addition there are also supermarkets, flamenco tablaos, shops, just few minutes walk away.

Nice location within town. Lots of stairs to climb inside....as expected...just a lot. Many updates and improvements have been done. Yes, this place sleeps 6-8....but when coming home after a long day of shopping there is a sofa and small chair. The living room is not quite adequate for 4 people. We stayed a week and made due...but not comfortable. The upstairs patio is just ok....nothing like pictures. Worst part is we started getting roaches after day 3. Were killing them as they crawled out the the wall sockets. This can be cured. Overall decent place.
