This three bedroom house is in a very quiet, nice neighbourhood and has its own lovely walled garden. The property is just a six minute walk from the railway station where trains to and from London take between 23 and 50 minutes.
The house is centrally heated and has superfast WiFi broadband from Virgin Media. The ground floor comprises a large sitting room with comfortable sofas, a dining area over looking the garden, and a well-equipped kitchen. There is a downstairs cloakroom with WC and washbasin. Upstairs are three bedrooms each with its own built-in wardrobe. The main bedroom has a kingsize double bed, the second bedroom has a standard double bed and room for an additional single. The smallest bedroom can be furnished with either a single bed or cot or can be equipped with desk and chair and used as a home office.
The boiler is housed in a separate utility room along with a washing machine and tumble dryer.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt ...
Das Reihenhäuschen ist toll gelegen - wir konnten vom Bahnhof in West Byfleet aus prima nach London fahren und dann über die 2for1-Angebote, wenn man mit der Bahn reinfährt (https://www.daysoutguide.co.uk/2for1-london), noch viel Geld bei vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten sparen, wir haben dadurch z.B. für das London Eye mit zwei Erwachsenen und zwei Kindern insgesamt nur 55 GBP bezahlt ... Außerdem kann man auch noch mit dem Auto in Richtung Westen und Süden fahren (z.B. Stonehenge und Brighton). Die Wohnung selbst ist gut geschnitten, alles was man braucht, ist vorhanden. Wir haben auch viele gute Tipps von der Vermieterin bekommen. Und es gab auf Nachfrage sogar zwei getrennte Bettdecken für uns, das hat uns wirklich gefreut ... Danke dafür!

Compact, excellent location, supremely quiet and relaxing!
This location was perfect for my needs. Close to the train station in West Byfleet, easy drive to Virginia Water and Woking. Convenient to travel to London, Wimbledon and perfect location to pop down to GoodWood for a couple days as well. The place was easy to find, clean, and the key was conveniently located. Even though it is on a seemingly busy street, I never heard traffic or any neighbours. Both bedrooms well appointed and clean/new linens, as well as the bathroom. Kitchen is well appointed as well, but I didn't use it much as I typically ate out as I attended Wimbledon on two occasions as well as GoodWood on two days as well, and also traveled into London a few days. Easy parking in front of the location, but rent a small car please! All in all, a small, convenient place to rest your weary head while exploring the UK!

Comfortable Family Home, Great Value for Money
We are a family of four and the house was a perfect size for us all, with plenty of space. It’s very comfortable, was immaculately clean, and well organised. The kitchen is well equipped, and the bathroom is modern with both a good shower and a bath. The bedrooms were very comfortable and the queen bed in the back bedroom was wonderfully comfortable - much appreciated when you are jet lagged after a 24hr flight! There’s a walled private back garden, which is safe for younger kids to play in. The area itself was very quiet and an easy walk into West Byfleet. Waitrose, Chemist, Post Office and Costa Coffee are only 5mins away and the Train Station about 8mins, with fast trains to Waterloo. Olwen was very easy to deal with and great communication. The house was perfect for what we wanted and day trips into London. Would completely recommend.
