The apartment is on the 1st floor and consists of a spacious living room with a sofa bed, two spacious bedrooms each with double bed and wardrobe, another large room with a double bed and a single bed, and the last bedroom with two single beds and wardrobe. The apartment has 2 bathrooms. The kitchen is furnished with fridge, dishwasher, electric oven, 4 gas burners, moka, kettle, crockery and cuttlery, etc. The apartment is equipped with Wi-Fi, sheets and towels, air conditioning and everything you need to make your stay as pleasant as possible*Cribs are available upon request (please ask in advance - € 20 per child, per night. Additional fees are not calculated automatically in the total cost and will have to be paid separately).



After your reservation, you will receive a welcome Email from Sarlux, with all the information of how to get to the apartment and plan your arrival in a best way possible.

During the check-in, the guest must complete the short tourist lease contract according to Law 431/98, art. 1, lett. C. In addition, the guest must pay the city tax, mandatory according to current legislation.

The liveliest part of San Polo is the section including the Rialto Bridge. The apartment is situated close to Rialto Market, where you are surrounded with its colors, perfumes and stalls of fruit, vegetables, fresh adriatic fish... just a few meters away and the area offers numerous shops by the Grand Canal, restaurants. There is also some rare open space alongside the Grand Canal, where you can sit at an outdoors table among a mixture of tourists, students, and locals, and enjoy a scenic aperitivo. San Polo highlights and tourist attractions: Rialto Bridge - Venice's famous shop-lined bridge over the Grand Canal. Rialto markets - historic, colourful and still a good place to buy fruit, veg and fish. San Polo - the principal church of the sestiere. Casa di Goldoni - the home of the playwright Goldoni. Santa Maria Gloriosa dei Frari - large church packed with art. Scuola Grande di San Rocco - filled with masterpieces by Tintoretto.
