At your entrance, you will find the entire property in sight, in blue and gray tones, having the living room whose sofa is easily convertible into a double bed for two people. On your right, you will have an American kitchen perfectly integrated into the main room. On your left you will find a vertical glazing and two small steps to access the double bed. In turn, the property has a fully equipped bathroom.

Biking Holiday
The property looked exactly loke the photos ppsted online. I was very happy with the location, layout, and cleanliness. I went to Spain to clear my head. I brought my road bike and left from the apartment to do some long mountain rides. On my rest days I went to trh beach and biked aroind the city. It was perfect.

Im großen und ganzen sind meine Mieterfahrungen sehr positiv, ins besondere die Betreuung seitens der Verwaltung und speziell der zuständigen Person, für uns, (Herr) Jose. Es gab ein paar Kritikpunkte, die ich auch schriftlich Herrn Jose mitgeteilt habe (zum Beispiel : der Abfluss des Badezimmer war fast verstopft und das schnelle Erscheinen eines Handwerkers half nicht viel! Um solche Fälle zu verhindern, muss man gründliche systematische Kontrollen durch führen, in unserem Falle hätte man uns einen passenden Ersatz anbieten können.

Wunderschönes, empfehlenswertes Appartement
Das Appartement war sehr sauber und sehr schön eingerichtet. Die Internetverbindung war sehr schnell und die Lage hervorragend: nah am zentralen Bahnhof, am Strand und nicht sehr weit zum Stadtzentrum.
