Located on the hillside and just 3 minutes’ drive from Les Houches, this recently updated 4-bedroom chalet with outdoor jacuzzi sets the scene for effortless ski breaks with family and friends.

The modern 3-storey chalet is fully WiFi-enabled and is equipped with all the other must-have comforts for a winter-time stay; including a flat screen TV, DVD player, iPod docking station, a book-games library, outdoor jacuzzi and toasty underfloor heating. A beautiful double aspect living room with terrace access sets the scene for year-round enjoyment and is complemented by a fully-equipped kitchen diner.

Perfectly suited for 4 couples staying and flexible groups of 8, the ambient sleeping accommodation comprises of 2 spacious double en-suite bedrooms, a further double bedroom and twin-joinable bedroom and a full family bathroom. Private laundry facilities are also provided, for added convenience whilst away.

Outside, the lovely private garden is complemented by a sunny decked alfresco dining terrace with BBQ, a fabulous outdoor jacuzzi, and a private parking space.

Please note: Due to the chalet’s hillside location, guests arriving in the winter time must ensure that their car is equipped with snow tyres and chains. This is mandatory and will enable guests to safely reach the chalet.

De ligging van de chalet en het uitzicht zijn super. We appreciëren ook heel erg de kwaliteitsvolle afwerking en aanwezige uitrusting. De aanwezigheid van de sleutel bij aankomst is een pluspunt (ipv eerst langs een kantoor te moeten passeren) Super verblijf gehad.

Spectacular!
Where do I begin? This property was PERFECT for our family of 5 (all adults). The check-in was flawless, the attentiveness of the managing group (Happy Rentals) and the property manager was exceptional. The house was easy to find, super clean and fully stocked as detailed in the listing. It is located up a hill in a very secured and private area. Near super market, pharmacy and local shops/restaurants. We had a car so access was not an issue. The Chalet is spacious as it a three story home, kitchen is fully equipped which made it easy for us to prepare quick and easy meals. After touring the nearby towns and doing some winter sports, we spent sometime soaking in the hot tub which made the evening more relaxing. This was the perfect vacation rental for us and the team managing the property made it super easy for us to fully enjoy the property. Thank you for letting us be stress free while vacationing! P.S: Thank you for the wine ;0)

très très agréable
nous esperons revenir. Tout était parfait . la maison, le cadre , la propreté, le calme, l atmosphère. une petite précision et une idée d'amélioration (si cela est possible!!): le grille pain faissait sauter les plombs donc nous ne nous en sommes pas servis. une table de ping pong aurait encore plus rejoui les enfants. merci encore

Un séjour parfait
Nous avons passé 15 jours dans ce très joli et agréable chalet avec une vue tout simplement à couper le souffle sur toute la chaîne du Mont Blanc et de l'Aiguille du Midi !!! L'organisation du chalet et son équipement sont presque parfaits, seule la vétusté d'une partie du mobilier de jardin et des couverts de cuisine dénote avec le standing du chalet, tout comme un ménage à l'arrivée perfectible mais cela ne nous a pas empêché de profiter pleinement de ce charmant chalet idéalement placé et de passer un formidable séjour.
