Cosy and comfortable country style cottage with reverse cycle air conditioner.
In the heart of Berry.

Ideal accommodation for families , workers and small groups.

Linen and towels are provided for your convenience.

The lounge is spacious and comfortable and includes colour
TV,DVD and Video.
There is an additional TV in the family room.

The dining room has a timber table and seating for 8
and joins the fully equipped kitchen.


The bathroom has shower,bath, vanity & toilet.
Plus ensuite.

The laundry is equipped with washer,dryer and iron.

There is an undercover outdoor area with BBQ and table setting.



Two bedrooms have queen beds one has a baby cot and
two have 2 singles in each. Baby high chair available.

The cottage is adjacent to Berry\'s famous cafes,restaurants,pubs,shops and markets.

As for the price not sure?? No TV reception all weekend!! Owner did try but no luck! Musty smell but overall did the job But for the price......jury is still out!
