The apartment is as described in the listing. It is nicely decorated with modern appliances and decor. The location is good with easy access to the Metro, nearby supermarkets and coffee bars and restaurants. The apartment complex is quiet at night. Communication with Lauretta was easy. Would stay here again.

The flat is totally renovated but preserving original marble flooring and high ceilings! 2 new bathrooms antiques furniture and new appliances to give you a fantastic stay! Live as a local roman at LR Blue!! The flat is quite, cozy, bright, and super confortable well connected via Metro / bus / walking to all Rome attractions! LR Blue team will make your stay as " like at home" but in Rome! full comfort quite, super charming and well connected location. In the heart of Re Di Roma walking distance to San Giovanni Basilica second biggest Basilica in Rome.

It is super cozy and charming because of high ceilings, original 1930 marble flooring and beautiful antiques. Super quite and relaxing as facing a beautiful internal garden of the 1930 style building.

Super quite, top comfort and super location! Only 5 min walk from Subway Re di Roma and 1 min from Bus stop 87 taking you in 15 min in via del Corso / Piazza di Spagna. Or simply walk to Colosseum in 20 min or to San Giovanni in 15 min! Do not live as a tourist in crowded noisy areas! Visit the busy fantastic corner of Rome but than relax as in your " own Home" , cook and enjoy all comforts at LR Blue!
Live as a local in the heart of San Giovanni/ Re di Roma District! Plenty of restaurants and local bars and best Tiramisu at Pompi only 2 min from the flat. Live as a Roman and taste the genuine local food!
