Close to Bus stop, Parks, Playground, Galleries,Markets, Cycleways, Golfcourse and 5 kms to Tauranga Airport.
There are so many choices on how to spend your day, being in the heart of all the action.
When you want down time relax in the boutique accommodation I provide with high quality linen and duvets, and a lovely clean space with a gorgeous patio and BBQ if you feel like eating in.
A bedroom and bathroom on the ground and first floor so everyone has their own space to relax at the end of your day.
Ground floor bed is a zip together to make a SuperKing for a couple or can be 2 singles, choice is yours. Upstairs bedroom has a King Bed.
In the garage is the washing machine, dryer and outside is a clothesline.

There is 1 carpark available.

This house has an air conditioning unit and tinted windows for privacy.

Wonderful two weeks
Myself, my husband and our six year old daughter spent two weeks at this property during our trip to New Zealand from Canada in February. This property was exactly as advertised and very clean on arrival. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed during our stay. Comfy beds both upstairs and down. We had great communication with the owner leading up to our stay. The location is within walking distance to restaurants, shops, cafes and is situated perfectly between the main beach and pilot bay. We also loved being within short walking distance to the base track around Mount Maunganui. Overall a very wonderful stay all around and we would definitely stay here again on our next return to New Zealand.

Happy campers
Stayed four days last week. Perfect location. Long, long walkable beach just a short walk away and then there's Mt. Maunganui which provides a workout and beautiful views. Lots of nearby cafes and coffee shops. Unit was clean and tidy and had everything we needed. Susan was the perfect host and went way above and beyond to be helpful.

Fantastic
Great location, easy walk to beaches, shops and restaurants. Accommodation was very clean tidy, well furnished with comfortable beds. Aircon was a real bonus to us all. Very highly recommend stay.

Great location, great facilities, great experience
Susan was absolutely wonderful to deal with for the booking, checking in and throughout the stay, even going the extra mile in providing beach towels for us, since we were travelling from Sydney - thank you for making us feel so welcome! The house itself is super clean and set up brilliantly with all the basics covered and at a really high quality, from the towels to the toilet paper and the kitchen/bathroom/laundry supplies being more than enough for our stay; and what was super impressive for me as an avid home cook was how well appointed the kitchen was, with all the necessary items to be able to cook for the family on Christmas day and to make my son's birthday cake a few days later. It really felt like home while we were there! Top it off with the brilliant location and off street parking, and we really couldn't ask for more. Absolutely fantastic and hope to be back next time we are visiting the family in Tauranga. Thank you!!

Stay at the Mount
Accommodation exactly as pictured and described. It was the perfect place to stay. It had everything you needed, bed was comfortable and great location for beach and shops. Would definately stay again.
