Charming 2 Bedroom Downtown Delray Beach Cottage

The property is a very clean, 2 bedroom/2 bath home with loads of charm. Vaulted ceilings, a large kitchen, Mexican tile flooring and flat screen televisions in every room make the house a wonderful place to stay. No Smoking please.


Delray Beach Attractions: Delray Beach has a fantastic 2 mile beach and vibrant downtown. Atlantic Avenue and Pineapple Grove are well known as the places to eat, drink and have a great time. Delray Beach is a nice wide public beach with beautiful blue water and plenty of parking. The city of Delray Beach does an excellent job with events both in the downtown corridor and along the beach.

Very clean home but make sure to bring your own soap, dish soap, toilet paper and condiments. Quiet neighborhood and close to downtown and beach. we had an issue with the cable in the living room and Jennifer was quick to send a friend over to try to fix it but he was unable to. My husband was able to make a temporary fix. Overall a great place!

Great Spring Break Getaway!
Our family of 4 had a wonderful stay at this property! The house was very clean and well stocked. Tucked away in a quiet neighborhood, and just a very short drive to the hustle and bustle of the beach and Atlantic Avenue. Close to the grocery store and essentials. Jennifer was super helpful with all of our questions. Our first trip to Delray won't be our last!

Great property and great sponsor. Just know that there is no shampoo or soap or sugar or any food provided. It's just the house, you have to buy everything else, which was a bit annoying when we arrived.
