Beautiful getaway home to enjoy peace and quiet time with nature, located in The Glen at Tamiment Private Community. This is a great place to relax, in a nice big contemporary house with a cathedral ceiling and skylights that bring plenty of sunlight. It’s the perfect place if you're looking for a vacation home.

This vacation home includes the community pool as well as many tourist sightseeing and activities. Examples: Bushkill Falls, a beautiful private lake, horseback riding, Shawnee Mountain Ski Area and much more.

Beautiful spot with so much potential
Beautiful location with so much potential. Setting was perfect. When I walked in it was freezing no heat at all was on. Took a few hours to get comfortable but used the oven to cook and helped tremendously. Several kitchen cabinets were broken, closet doors missing,and one bed upstairs was duct taped together underneath. No towels so be prepared. There is a Dollar General nearby if needed. Fireplace worked beautifully but note to bring your own wood, firestarter and lighter. Just before dawn something returns home in the ductwork (thinking AC). Not sure if it is a family of raccoons or a colony of bats but it startled me. Honestly it sounded like something was in the house outside the door. Paid careful attention the next am and same timing...so be aware. They are contained but may startle you. Like I stated the potential is there, but as per location, community, checkin and easy to get to it was a great experience.

I was totally fine, the only thing is when we arrived to the property and we got inside the house feels too cold take onto next day to warm... but other than that I was good so comfy and spacious ... definitely we are coming back.

Wonderful location, in need of updates and cleaning
Excellent property and location. I would suggest you list more clearly that no towels are provided at the property. Linens were provided for the beds, but no towels. I was told it was listed on the site, but it only lists "linens provided" so I'm assuming by excluding towels being provided I'm to assume towels aren't provided. The house is in dire need of updates and maintenance. Several windows either wouldn't open or would open and then wouldn't shut. I had to use a wrench I happened to have in my car to close one of the windows. Issues aside though, very responsive owner and the location is fantastic. It was about a 5 minute drive to Bushkill Falls and has several grocery stores, liquor stores and other necessities within about a 15 minute drive.
