Muito bom.
Nos hospedamos como um casal e uma criança, foi tudo certo. A vaga de garagem é apertada para carros grandes, estávamos com uma S10. Vale lembrar também que, apesar de dois quartos, o ar condicionado está na cozinhas (é um studio), então não dá para fechar a porta do segundo quarto. Curitiba costuma ser fresco a frio durante a noite mas, caso faça calor, pode ser um problema caso se esteja em dois casais.

O único problema foi constar estacionamento, mas ter que ser pago em separado e na chegada. Deveria ser mais explícito. Isto pode mudar na hora da avaliação de locar ou não, já que já há muitas taxas extras. Do mais tudo perfeito.

Foi bem agradável, o contato que tive com os funcionários do residencial foi bom, bem simpáticos e prestativos, não tive nenhum problema. Só tive que ter atenção porque fui sinalizados por mais de um motorista de app que o bairro não era tão tranquilo e que eu tinha duas camas no espaço mais acho q na foto tinha um sofá no ambiente da sala. Fora isso foi muito bom o tempo que passei e voltaria futuramente
