Great home for our Christmas Family trip to Orlando!
We had ten family members in the sleeps ten home. There were four children so the two rooms with twin beds worked great for them. We planned to spend Christmas day at the home. The pool and hot tub worked great. The four children were in the pool almost the entire day as well as the adults used the pool quit a bit. We are from Colorado what a treat to be in a pool on Christmas Day. I do have a couple of concerns. The paper products toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher soap and dish soap were no where near enough for the 5 days at the house. I understand everything but the dishwashing and dishwasher soap. We were unable to use both sides of the closet in the queen bedroom as the doors would not move. The one King bedroom upstairs balcony door does not shut or lock. Overall the stay in the house was great and we would again use Jeeves again.

Terrific house for our group of 5. Everything was clean and everything you needed to make meals was provided. Check in was smooth. Pool area was great. It was as expected, no surprises.

Pool heat never worked
Absolutely a huge run around with the rental company who knew the pool was not heating because the prior tenants dealt with the same issue. Talked to the next door neighbor who lives there and found out they were constantly having problems with the pool heater and we never got to use the pool. The agency that runs this was horrible.

Perfect for our family
We had an amazing stay at this property. My children loved the pool and we were happy to be able to use all the reunion amenities as well. Plenty of space for our family of 8. When we arrived there was a fire detector beeping and management sent someone out quickly to take care of it.
