For starters….We did not stay at this newly elegant renovated studio. The property owner contacted me stating that the studio had a leak and it wouldnt be available but that there was another option and we could stay there. Due to time restraints and family plans we decide to go with the other option and initially it looked ok but then the roaches and the most uncomfortable mattress ive ever slept introduced themselves and that was not good at all whatsoever. We couldnt cook or leave anything in the fridge due to the roaches and since we were in and out most of time we went with the flow and ignored the issues and checked out when we had to and that was that. So we payed for a newly renovated elegant studio and what we got was a terrible back and neck ache and probably came home with roaches.

We enjoy beaches, outdoor & water sports. restaurants & salsa dancing, which is were I met him at a salsa school. We are great business partners & becoming great Reals Estate Investors. He fell in love with Puerto Rico, and we decided to buy two apartments at Saint Tropez.

Why they chose this property

Saint Tropez is in the heart of Isla Verde. Guest are near the beach, (24) restaurants, supermarkets & pharmacy, nightlife, casino and minutes from Puerto Rico's most visited local & historic attractions (Old San Juan, Pińiones, El Yunque Rain Forest, La Placita- Santurce). The Condominium has all the amenities (pool, laundry, gym, parking, & balcony view of the beach). Guest could also enjoy salsa dancing at our neighboring hotel Old San Juan, Inter Continental & the Marriott. Transportation (taxi & uber) are inexpensive & walking distance away.

What makes this property unique

Our amazing balcony with ocean view was sold us!! We visualized the potential of being able to create a natural but rustic environment style studio with the decor & renovations for our home, which we did. It beauty and its authentic style is breathtaking.
