Early Check-in/ Late Check-out:
If you wish to arrive earlier or depart later, you may do so for an additional fee of $50 per hour, subject to availability.
The house has surveillance cameras overlooking the garage and front door to keep guests and their cars safe. There is also a noise monitoring device in the living area.
We are close to the ocean and while we strive to keep our windows clear from salt from the sea carried by wind and condensation, this is difficult to manage at times especially during storm season. We have a hose on the balcony that you can use to wash down the windows if need be and a squeegie under the sink for those guests who would like to give the windows a wash if need be so they can enjoy the views even more!
It’s a peaceful neighbourhood and we like to ensure that we continue to have great relationships with our neighbours. Please ensure that if you are bringing dogs, they are supervised at all times and not just left to bark in the backyard or left unattended. We want to continue to keep our home pet friendly.
We are NDIS friendly and have this or a number of other properties that may cater for your specific needs. We can potentially access support/carers for families that may require it. Please enquire.

- ALL GROUP STAYS ARE MUST BE PRE-APPROVED. Please inquire prior to booking if you are a group.
- As a rule we only take families.
- We are in a very respectful neighbourhood.
- Absolutely No parties or events of any kind and strictly quiet hours from 10pm- 7am
"Things You Need to Know Before You Book"
- We have rental agreement as part of our terms and conditions. Guest must sign the rental agreement.
- We also require a copy of the their ID (front and back). This is separate from Airbnb identity verification.
- We also require a Security deposit which we will authorize separately. See House rules for more info. We are approved by Airbnb to do so.
- For last minute booking within 3 days, guests will be asked to send a selfie holding their credit card as an additional security measure. This is to ensure legitimacy and prevent fraudulent transaction.
- All confirmed reservations made starting on the 9th of January, 2023 will be subject to an extra public holiday surcharge which will be equal to 50% of the cleaning price if you'll check out on a public holiday. This is to be charged separately a week before your arrival, or immediately if less than a week.
- Only the bedding set out for your booked number of guests is to be used. Usage of any extra bedding without prior approval will incur charges of $65 per night per item used
- Booking tax notice: Beginning 12 November 2023, A $30 booking tax is levied on per bookings to cover guest and identity validation
Guest access
Guests will have complete access to the entire property.
You may be required to allow access for service personnel should repairs or maintenance be necessary. The guest agrees to allow the agent and/or appointed tradesperson to enter onto the property at any time to effect or investigate repairs or complaints.
All repairs will be affected as soon as practicable.
On public holidays and after hours it may at times prove difficult to get tradespeople straight away. We
will always do everything we can to minimise inconvenience caused but cannot issue partial refunds or give discounts.
Maintenance issues will not be cause for discounts or refunds. Please report any maintenance issues, if any, as soon as possible after your arrival, so that we can have the opportunity to rectify for you in a timely and efficient manner
Only the number of persons advised on the website and confirmed booking, are permitted to occupy the premises.
In the event of renovation/building work being carried out near the premises, such work is beyond our control and we cannot accept responsibility for any disturbance, noise or inconvenience you may suffer as a result. No discount will be negotiated for any of the above.
*We want to make sure that everyone who stays with us is safe and protected. That's why we strongly suggest that all of our guests have travel insurance. This will help cover the cost of any unexpected changes to your travel plans, like if you need to cancel your stay with us. Our cancellation policy is strict but if you have travel insurance, it can help you get a refund if you need to cancel. If you don't have travel insurance yet, we recommend contacting your insurance company to learn more about your options. Some credit cards provide free travel insurance.
We are very contactable and will help out at any time. Please message us and we will get back to you soon as possible. Please be aware that unless urgent, guests should be patient with us after hours as we like our team members to be able to spend some quality time with their families. We prefer to use the Airbnb app to receive messages and this is the quickest and most efficient way to reach us.
We give our guests space, but we are just a message away - do not hesitate to reach out to us with any
concerns or questions you may have. We are in the office Mon-Fri 9AM to 5PM. Outside of these hours,
we will get back to you as soon as we can.

Blue Bay Beach is across the road with several access points and we have a ToD's cafe within walking distance. There is also a fish and chip shop down the road. Mandurah town is about a 15 minute walk away or 5 minute drive, where you will have access to cafe's, restaurants, shops, the foreshore, Movie Theatre.
The train station is a 7 minute drive and you will be in Perth in 45 minutes.
The nearest airport is Perth Airport, 86 km from the holiday home.
Guests have access to all areas of the house apart from the garage . The keys can be accessed via a lockbox. The lockbox and alarm code will be given to guests prior to check-in and after the guest registration form is filled in.
There is parking available for up to four cars in the driveway. Please stay off the neighbours yard and the front verge.
