Summary:
Enjoy your stay in beautiful Bentonville at the Trail House. Conveniently located just 5 minutes from downtown and adjacent to Coler Mountain Bike Preserve (AMAZING TRAILS!). This spacious 5-bedroom home has all you need: WiFi, Roku TV, bicycle storage in 2-car garage, grill, ping pong table, dart board, and a newly added hot tub. The fenced-in backyard includes a screened in porch. Kitchen is ready for home-cooked meals with an attached dining area. There are plenty of comfy places to relax.

The house has been recently updated and new pictures to come!

The fireplace in living room is not a working fireplace.

Observation of house rules is strictly enforced. Upon check out, if there is apparent negligence to the house rules, we reserve the right to invoice your card on file up to $500 for additional cleaning and damages to the house.

Nice house!
Great experience except two things: The dinner table surface is unsettlingly gummy. We stayed for 7 nights but ran out of dishwasher pods, toilet paper, laundry detergent and paper towels on the 4th day.

Great stay!
This house had everything we needed for our family of 7. We had plenty of room and were very comfortable. The ping pong table was an extra perk! I wish the weather had been warmer so that we could enjoy the screened in back porch and hot tub! Maybe next time!
