This cute weatherboard beach house has been stylishly decorated and equiped for the discerning traveller looking for a special location to visit the Mornington Peninsula.

This coastal getaway is our holiday house and has been designed to provide us, and you, with everything we need for a weekend, a week or two! The open plan kitchen, dining, lounge and outdoor entertainment areas is ideal for friends and family, whether your cooking, watching TV or sitting outside.

Positioned on 1000msq of land, sits behind private gates and surrounded by trees and local nature providing a feeling of privacy and seclusion. The front garden and back pathways provides additional spaces to entertain, for the kids to play or to relax with your own space away from the house. If you have young kids, close the front gate and be assured they can't escape!

The front porch is positioned perfectly for meals and/or relaxing in the morning and midday sun. The back porch with BBQ is undercover, suitable for all weather conditions.

Bedrooms one and two feature King & queen size beds and overlook the front verandah. Room three features a bunkbed with a double and single bed and overlooks the back garden.

The 2 bathrooms have been recently renovated with nice big shower heads, heated towel racks and a bathtub in one of the bathrooms.

Our house manager prepares the house specifically for each individual stay with fresh towels for each guest, fresh sheets on every bed and ensuring the highest level of cleanliness prior to your arrival.

Netflix & Chill? We have unlimited Wifi, Netflix, flatscreen TV and an enhanced sound system for the TV and/or to listen to music via blu tooth. Want a tech detox? Select a book from the collection of fiction, biographies and other interesting reads we've picked up on our travels around the world.
