Your group is sure to enjoy an amazing vacation experience here together under the pines on a level and spacious tree lined Sugarloaf lot where you can enjoy peace and relaxation with nature yet still be connected as you will be located within a ten-minute drive to all that Big Bear has to offer. Your group will have all that you need to make memories and enjoy the mountains no matter the season here!

Enter on the lower level where you are greeted with beautiful knotty pine beamed ceilings and big open windows to take in the forest views and snow falling during the winter months. You will love the cozy and relaxing living room area that is perfect for snuggling up and watching a movie on the flat screen Streaming TV with Amazon Fire Stick and complimentary hi speed WIFI provided for your enjoyment. The toasty wood burning rock fireplace in the corner is a beautiful accent to the cabin and keeps your group comfortable year round.

Around the corner here on your entry level is the adorable kitchen, equipped with the essentials needed for your chef to whip up your home cooked meals right here at the cabin. Oak cabinets are stocked with cookware and utensils while general appliances and counter space ensures your meal preparations and cleanup are a breeze. Through the kitchen area you will find your first bedroom and bathroom along with a convenient washer and dryer for those wet snow clothes or extended vacation stays here in the mountains.

Upstairs you will find an additional bathroom and the other two bedrooms, each offers amazing natural lighting from the cute window along with knotty pine ceiling and wall accents and ultra comfortable beds which are made up for your arrival with warm linens, blankets, pillows, and fresh shower towels for your party when you arrive for your vacation. Venturing outside you will love this spacious alpine property, the cute sun deck is a great space to soak up the sunshine here at 7,000 feet or enjoy the private yard full of pine trees and the front patio for sipping your first cup of coffee in the mornings. Our team offers 24/7 support along with local on site offices and experience packages.

Big Bear GOOD NEIGHBOR POLICY is enforced at all times during your stay and includes removing trash from the property to local trash sites, washing dishes to alleviate wild animals being attracted to neighborhoods. NO PARTIES OR EVENTS, No Over Occupancy, No Loud Music, and No Street Parking is allowed in Big Bear homes at any time. This policy along with a rental agreement will be emailed to you immediately after booking and is REQUIRED by the City of Big Bear Lake for all rentals in Big Bear. If found in violation of these policies guests will be visited by staff and Code Enforcement officers who may or may not issue fines or evictions to the violating party members. No Smoking is allowed in any Big Bear homes.

Winter Snow & Parking- During winter months the driveways, steps, porches, decks, and other outdoor areas at your property may not be accessible due to snow or ice. Our teams are on fixed routes for snow and work alongside city and county resources to clear roads, driveways, walkways etc. Guests should be prepared in winter months to shovel themselves in or out of the property and off of the street in these snowstorm events. As there is no street parking allowed in Big Bear it is extremely important that guests make every attempt to get vehicles off the street for the snowplows. California Law requires that vehicles traveling to Big Bear from November thru April have snow chains in their vehicles however we also recommend proper footwear, an emergency kit, and an extra snow shovel.

Though individually owned and decorated all homes will be equipped with clean linens, blankets, pillows, and fresh bath towels for the occupancy of your property. Each home has a full kitchen with basic pots, pans, dishes, and a small starter amount of dish soap, toilet paper, and trash bags will be supplied. Your home will not be supplied with paper towels, coffee filters or coffee, specialty kitchen items or appliances, condiments or oils, bathrooms soaps or lotions and hair dryers.

There is no Pay-Per-View access or Ordering of Viewing options in any of our Big Bear homes.

No refunds or credits will be made for cancellations or trip interruptions due to acts of nature, weather, road conditions, mechanical or electrical failures, spa malfunctions, TV or other equipment factors beyond our control.

Big Bear is a mountain community located in a deep forest which is also home to many forest critters. Common animals or insects that you may encounter are spiders, moths, flies, squirrels, gophers, bears, coyotes, burro, bear, bats, etc. Our team inspects every home prior to your arrival but cannot guarantee that the home will be free of these forest animals or pests.

Big Bear Vacations reserves the right to offer a comparable property or issue a full refund if circumstances arise that are beyond our control and your property is made unavailable for any reason.
