Great view, but the house was not as cleaned
The house is in great location, quiet, and great ocean view, but the house was not as cleaned.
1. We been texted to empty the bin and put on curb, however the bin was half full before we checked in so we just emptied all the bins inside the house including toilet bins which there were some rubbish inside before we got to the house and I emptied them when checked out anyway and cleaned the house as much as we can before checked out. A friend spilled a drink on carpet and we tried cleaning it whole time until we left but the owner claims that we never attempted to clean and needs to be replaced so she charged extra $250, I am ok with this but she said this is disappointing!
2. The bedrooms are outdated and needed a maintenance, there are full of dust covered all over the ceiling fans especially in the bedrooms upper floor. My friends couldn’t turn on the fans during stay.
3. There is no pillow cases, and bedsheets and it already been advised in the listing online but the pillows without the cases looks even more awful. There are some bedrooms pillows appears to be very big yellow stains with bad odour, so some of our friends used the sofa pillows to sleep instead.
4. Lower ground floor bathroom was not cleaned. The bathroom sink appeared to be moldy.
5. There are strong smell of termites in lower ground living room and you can’t actually open the slide door to go out from there as anthill debris all over the sliding rail. Some termites still alive so we not use the room
