Amalfi Beach House - walk to the beach

Conveniently located in easy walking distance to Gerringong town centre and only 600m to Werri Beach is this perfect family escape.

The top level includes 3 spacious bedrooms, an open plan living/kitchen/dining space that flows effortlessly out to a private deck that overlooks the in-ground pool, leafy gardens and the cosy outdoor fire pit. With a fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher, flat screen TV, reverse cycle air conditioning, washer and dryer in the laundry and a BBQ out the back

Downstairs consists of a studio with external entrance and features a bedroom, bathroom and
living room with its own TV, making it the perfect space for teenagers to retreat or the
grandparents to rest.

Wasn't cleaned properly. Not current pictures
Had to have emergency cleaners after we arrived. Table and chairs outside falling apart. Pool was full of leaves. Had stains on a few bed sheets as well.

Perfect setup
The house was very nice and everyone had a great time staying here. The pool is really nice and the beautiful trees going through the property made the afternoon sunsets delightful x

Lovely getaway
Our stay at this property was great. The 2 separate areas were great for a teens hangout. The back yard was a great size for young kids to play. The living area was lovely and open.

Seascape of convenience
This beautiful home located near the south coast beaches served my friends and I so well. Lovey rooms, bathroom. Pool and fire pit were amazing. The next door neighbours however do not like you parking near their driveway. They are not afraid to be vocal about their dislike for people parking near their driveway. Even though it's public road and legal. But other than that this house was perfect and had everything we could have asked for.

Nice location, musky smell downstairs
The house itself is very pleasant. The room downstairs was unfortunately very musky, and even after airing it out for a few hours not very pleasant to breathe the air. Two towels were a little dirty upon arrival but the host brought us two fresh ones very quickly. There is no firewood for the fire pit which was not stated prior to arrival.
