You're also less than an hour's drive from the best Ski Slopes & Hikes that Colorado has to offer.

Heads Up: This is a historic building with poor insulation and very old windows. This unit will, unfortunately, get cold in the winter. Parking is available for only two vehicles per unit. Additional vehicles must park on the street.

Please note: if you are bringing an infant/children: there is not an elevator in this building meaning you will have to walk up or down stairs within the building. Also the osv condos have baseboard heating: it is up to the guardian to make sure their child does not touch the baseboards as they can get burned.

Rest assured, we've implemented thorough measures to ensure your stay remains undisturbed by these natural inhabitants.

Altitude sickness is real. In Leadville/ Twin Lakes, the elevation can be up to 10,000 feet. Symptoms can include dizziness and nausea, so please be mindful of this. We cannot offer refunds for guests experiencing altitude sickness. If you anticipate being affected, we recommend obtaining insurance at the time of booking.
