Spacious clean house, beautiful plants and lawn ,new furniture , good friendly neighbors, city waters, lot of singing birds, unique microclimate, there are many restaurants nearby, there are footpaths, on Saturdays boating with music right on the canal, fishing

Spring Break
House very clean, nice quiet neighborhood, nice curb appeal. Furnishings need some attention though. We are very familiar with the area and overall enjoyed our stay.

Great location!
We loved the house. So close to beaches, all within 30 min (Siesta Key, Mansota Key, Don Pedro) and bike trails, also all within 30 min. (Legacy, Cape Haze Pioneer, and Boca Grande). Yes, as others have said the dishes, towels and curtains don't match. However, the kitchen was well stocked and we had ample towels. Great showers and good beds. I would rent again.
