This brand new construction home has the best views of the Grand Haven Beach you can find! This apartment has 3 bedrooms, 1 1/2 baths, top of the line appliances, and two decks for your viewing pleasure!

INSIDE THE HOME

Lakeside Landing: Enter the home to the right and you will find yourself in the tiled entryway. Down the hall is a half bath with a stackable washer and dryer, making it a convenient stop after a day spent across the street at the beach.

Up the stairs and on the second floor you will enter a spacious living room, open to the dining area, and a beautifully appointed kitchen. In the kitchen, you will find a butcher block floating island and top of the line appliances including a Sub-Zero extra wide refrigerator, dual-heat Viking oven, convection oven, and vented hood. All of this with a view of Lake Michigan and Grand Haven State Beach! A sliding glass door provides access to a balcony where you can enjoy people watching and lake views. Two bedrooms, one with a full bed and one with a queen bed, and a full bath with a walk-in shower complete the second floor.

The third floor has twin bunk beds as well as access to a private rooftop deck where you are sure to take in a beautiful sunset or two.

OUTSIDE

There isn't a more convenient location when it comes to being close to downtown and the beach. Directly across the street is the Grand Haven State Beach, with access to the lighthouse and pier. A sidewalk directly in front of the home will take you on a short 1.5-mile walk to restaurants and shopping.

Parking: The right side of the drive-in front of the garage allows for two vehicles.

EATING

The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you will need including cookware, dinnerware, and utensils. A Keurig coffee maker is provided. The dining table folds out to seat six, as well as additional seating outside on the balcony.


THE LOCATION

Located in the heart of Grand Haven, enjoy the quietness of not being right downtown, but still only a short walk to the downtown area. Enjoy the obvious: Grand Haven State Beach directly across the street without having to fight for parking or take a walk to downtown, close to the boardwalk, shopping, and restaurants. Downtown Grand Haven has plenty to do with mini-golf, marinas, splash pads, parks, and of course ice cream!


CANCELLATION POLICY

Our cancellation policy is as follows:
-100% refund (minus a VRBO service fee) if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in.
-50% refund (minus a VRBO service fee) if you cancel at least 14 days before check-in.
-No refund if you cancel less than 14 days before the reservation date.

There are no refunds for early departures, reduction of nights rented, or delayed arrivals due to inclement weather or any other factor. Please consider trip insurance to protect your investment.

This property is locally managed by BVW Unsalted Vacations Property Management in Holland, MI. We provide a starter kit of paper products, toiletries, hospitality-grade linens and much more.
