This top floor unit is north facing and overlooks the pool area in the complex known as Booneroo. The unit has a large front balcony with outdoor setting. Located on Boooner St, the complex offers an inground swimming pool. Short walk to beach and shops.

Nice Apartment & Lovely Location
Close to beach & shops. Lovely pool. Apartment definitely needs air conditioning but 3 pedestal fans were available - it would have been unbearable otherwise.

The property was not clean. It is old and falling apart. Everything feels a little dirty. Cockroaches, no A/C, broken dryer, dirty BBQ, broken furniture. The best part of the stay was the salt pool and location. We could walk to get a coffee and to the beach.
