Terrible
We booked this place for New Year’s Eve. Arrived from Sydney to check in at 4pm to be told by the manager there’s no rooms available after we had booked and paid 3 days prior to arriving. Leaving us stranded in pouring rain with luggage and the whole of Canggu was booked out, cause of New Year’s Eve.
