Fell short in every way
Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family was so excited for this trip but it fell short in just about every possible way. Supplying 2 tiny cheap roles of TP for 5 people for a 4 day stay is ridiculous. Upon checking in I was told check out time is 11 but "we appreciate it when you leave early." The lines to get into the pool were usually 20 mins, zero availability to get a cabana or single seat at the main pool, drink prices were outrageous. The bathroom towels are the size of toddler towels, literally the size of my 2 year old. Floors in cottage were filty, my entire family had dirty feet after walking around. Dinner at Euphoria took over 2 hours, no bread or drinks offered for over 45 minutes after sitting. Pool bar said it closed at 5 on Sunday but was 100% closed up with zero staff at 415. Was cussed out by a pool entry gate staff member when she demanded I leave the towel in the gate that I had been given IN MY COTTAGE. So I had to walk all the way home with no towel or coverage on me even though I'd entered the pool with that towel. I felt violated and incredibly disrespected. Just overall very disappointing.
