Living Areas
Fully-furnished kitchen with side-by-side refrigerator, ultra-quiet dishwasher, self-cleaning oven, and built-in microwave. You’ll have everything you need to serve up your meals with utensils, plates, cookware, and serving dishes all provided.

Enjoy a quiet night in the living room, cuddled up in front of the cozy gas fireplace. Large LCD flat screen TV gathered on the plush sleeper sofa.

Washer and dryer on the main floor. Other helpful amenities include free Wi-Fi, key code entry, a BBQ grill, and a 2-car garage.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms
The 2nd bedroom features a queen bed while the large 3rd bedroom offers one twin and one full bed. Both rooms share a full bathroom. If you need even more room, pull out the sofa bed in the downstairs living area.

The master bedroom features a pillow-top king bed. Glimpse views of the LaSal and Canyon Mountains from your bedroom. Master en-suite’s large walk-in glass shower.


COMMUNITY POOL AND HOT TUB
During the warmer months, hang out at the community pool with a hot tub, a 5-minute walk from the condo. The condo is stocked with pool towels for guests to use.

The house is only 5 miles from the city limits of Moab. The vast beauty of Arches National Park is only 10 miles away.

Great comfortable place to stay - recommended.
Rosanna’s condo is a very upscale place to stay and very clean. We have stayed here 2 years ago, and we noticed upgrades to the property that makes it even nicer than the last time we stayed. If you are looking for a nice comfortable condo that is only miles from downtown Moab, this beats staying at a hotel by miles! Since we had a group that required more than the three bedrooms in this condo, she also has the connected condo, which we rented and made the trip even nicer as we only had to step next door to meet with our group. Highly recommended.

Loved this Home!
We stayed here last August and did some rafting on the Colorado. Perfect home with plenty of space for my husband and me and our 4 kids. We loved the huge deck and lounge chairs as well as the outdoor patio and grill. East check in and check out process. Thanks for a great stay!

Very nice property
The property was very nice. Ample room and the owner had great communication. The community pool was conveniently located and nice as well. It has a balcony that is great for night relaxing and looking at the stars. Be cautious about items left out. We had ants in clothing we bought in town and left on the counter.

Nice place!
This townhouse was in a great location. Just minutes to Moab & Arches. About 30-45 to CANYONLANDS National park. I would stay again because the property itself was so nice as was the location. There is an ant issue which they are aware of but keep all food in the cupboards and leave no lingering crumbs or ants will be all over the counter. One other issue that bothered me was the master bedding appeared to have not been washed. Crumbs on bottom sheet and the quilt had unknown substance on it. I stripped and washed before I felt comfortable sleeping in it.

Wonderful gathering place with friends. Awesome garage for our 2 UTVs and nice end lot for the truck and trailer. Beds and bedding super comfy plus everything we needed for the kitchen. Thanks!

Our property is an upper end luxury condo. The scenic views on the 300 square foot balcony are absolutely beautiful! You will find our condo to be very comfortable, and in close proximity to area attractions. Arches National Park is only 15 minutes away. Slickrock Bike Trail is 10 minutes. City of Moab is 5 minutes. North section of Canyonlands National Park is 25 minutes.

If you have a lot of family and friends, take advantage of our two attached units that are located side by side.
