Bella Vista 6 is a gorgeous 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath home with accommodations for 8 guest. The house is inside a gated community with 24hr security. As soon as you enter through the door you will feel just as comfortable as being at home. The living room with queen sofa bed is very spacious with comfy couches where you could spend family time, enjoy a nice movie on the smart flat screen tv which has Netflix and Satellite TV. BEAUTIFUL HOME AND NICE LOCATION
THE PROPERTY WAS SPACIOUS AND FELT SAFE AT ALL TIMES. CLOSE TO THE TOWN, BEACH, AND DIFFERENT ATTRACTIONS (10 MIN DRIVE). THE ONLY DOWNSIDE WAS THAT THE SMALL GYM FACILITY WAS CLOSED.

Not a bad location--just as advertised
We enjoyed Bella Vista 6. Check in was very simple and the unit was just as advertised. There were a couple of minor items that could be addressed (dryer didn't dry, toaster didn't work, and one bed bowed a bit), but overall we would stay again. None of us had been to Puerto Penasco before, so we weren't sure of the best neighborhood to stay. At first, Bella Vista didn't seem to be close to much. But after we walked and drove around, we realized no single place would be near what we wanted to see--and Bella Vista was very centrally located. It was a 15-20 minute walk to the beach. A couple of restaurants were 5 to 10 minutes away by foot. Everything else was 5 to 15 minutes away by car. It turned out to be a great, quiet location.
