Take this off the listings with Expedia. Do not let other people experience what we did. We were booked for 4 ngts, we stayed 1 ngt, found other accommodations. The apt is firstly not in a nice area, not close to anything other than a 15min walk to the water. When we 1st walked in there was a nasty ordor, it was so uninviting. No comforts of home in any of the rooms. You could hear an echo. The couch and chair were disgustingly dirty, we had to put a blanket on the couch in order to sit on it. Each room felt the same. The kitchen seemed clean but i didn't want to touch much of anything. Its very dated. The stove is a gas stove which you have to light with a lighter. Very unsafe for anyone. The curtains looked like it might be a cream color but in actual fact were dirty. This whole experience was dramatic for us, I just wanted to cry. Not what we were expecting to happen on this trip to Como. We finally found out where the ordor was coming from. It came from the washing machine in the bathroom. A front end loader that has not been cleaned out or sanitized. Wouldn't dream of putting my clothes in it. The thoughts of spending 4 ngts there sicken me. We spent 3hrs searching for other accommodations. Thankfully we did, which made our stay in Como a better experience. When we left in the morning to our new location. I sent the owner a msg of what we had done and told her this apt did not meet our expectations and would it be possible to get a partial refund. No!
