Decent Rental with a Good Location

The property manager was very helpful.
The vacation rental was spotless.
I was very happy with the location.
I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental.

This house was good not great. There were a lot of little things that would have been easy and cheap to fix and would have led to a more comfortable stay. We had 4 couples, my mother and some kids staying with us. When we arrived we saw that there were basically 6 bedrooms as advertised, but one of the rooms was actually more of a closet (the one that is advertised as "no windows") that you have to go through the kids rooms to access. It had flourecent lighting, but the lights didn't work. We ended up having to have my mom sleep in the bunk bed in the kids room so we could give the other bedroom to one of the couples, which we felt bad about. Other than that it was little things like the lights not working in the pantry or the other closet, the front porch screen being shredded, allowing neighborhood cats and bugs in, etc. That being said, I did like the house. There was a nice screened in front porch that we spent most of our time on eating and playing cards. The house is located directly across from the pool, which was great for the kiddos. We had a nice time.
