Bayshore Yatch Tennis Club, unit 307___NO PET ___No water view (lower rate) - regardless it's still pretty view - see last few pics from my balcony.
No PET, No Emotional Support Animal

Ample space in the condo with balcony and access to pool and gym onsite! Walkable to several Amenities and across the street to the beach! Friendly and helpful property manager

This was a great place located an easy walk to the beach and pool access. It was perfect for three of us to stay a week.

The location was FANTASTIC!! We would stay again. Pool area & grill was nice. The Beach was so easy to get to, beautiful spot, and not crowded at all. Everything was easy to access. There was a trolly that goes up & down Gulf Blvd and easy to use. Easy drive from Tampa Airport and quick stop to at Publix on the way there was perfect. The condo was just right. Nothing fancy, but everything you needed to relax on the beach and by the pool. The bedrooms were comfortable, kitchen/living area was perfect. The view from balcony was actually nice, nothing fancy but still could see the water and a lovely breeze morning and evening. We would recommend this property. Thai was very responsive.

Family stay for vacation
Stayed for a week and had a great time. The condo is extremely close to the beach. Thai is extremely responsive to any needs you might have (we didn’t have any while we stayed but he was in contact with me before our stay about red tide which was very considerate). We’d definitely stay again.
