Steps to the beach and pool from this outstanding and popular location in the resort. Updated in a chic and modern beach motif, the lovely villa has a spacious feel. You will love the appliances, very nice flooring and lovely decorated. Enjoy the oceanfront with largest pool in Hilton Head and food from the elegant restaurant a few steps away. The lighted tennis courts, fitness is ideal for the active guests. If a service animal will be accompanying you please notify me as soon as possible additional paperwork is required per the resorts policy. If The additional paperwork is not filled out prior to arrival a $250 fine can be added to your reservation. This resort has 24 hour security.

A very pleasant stay
Shaneka is a wonderful host who is prompt in all communications. The condo is very well located and a minute's walk from the beach. Great restraunts and other points of interest at the island are all a short drive away. All amenities were well thought of and we had a pleasant stay overall. The only hitch we had was the AC, which did not work during our stay. But to the host's credit, maintenence was informed and they came to fix it, albeit unsuccessfully. It happens, but we look forward to returning in the future.

The unit is very nice! The property site is nice as well very safe, clean, and friendly. The unit itself is literally a few steps to the beach. It also had everything we could possibly need for the trip. The owner was very responsive and helpful. I definitely would recommend this unit and owner!

Great resort, good accommodations
The resort is great and communication was fantastic. The place was clean and well appointed, and the bed was comfortable. The unit is close to the action and stocked with beach supplies. Other than the minor issues with dim lighting and temperamental cable and WiFi, we loved this place.
