This charming two-story home offers a perfect lakeside retreat with stunning views and a variety of amenities. The large yard features a firepit for cozy evenings of watching fireflies, chatting and roasting marshmallows. There is also a basketball hoop and a horseshoe pit for plenty of outdoor fun. Additionally, a row-boat and canoe are available for your use. The property offers a boat house with a sunning deck and a screened porch, ideal for enjoying the lake. Guests can dock their boats for ease of use, and the dock is also a great spot for fishing. The screened porch includes a bar, ample seating, a microwave, bumper pool, and internet access. Guests at Lake-it-Easy can rinse off in the cool shower on the dock after a swim in the lake. The main house features a large screened porch and a spacious deck, perfect for summer dinners. Inside, there are three bedrooms and two bathrooms, with the master bedroom as a loft on the upper level and an attached bath. The kitchen is well-equipped, and the wood-burning fireplace adds a cozy touch for winter getaways.

Summer 2024 Lake Vacay
We had a great time and the house was perfect for the people that went. The boathouse was awesome! Love the quiet cove that kept boat waves to a minimum. Will definitely return to this property! Hoping for a repeat the summer of 2025!

Very nice place
Great location. Very comfortable accommodations. Beautiful yard and view. Lots to do in the area. Loved the availability of boats. Very, very pet friendly. A bit of a blip entering the property as the gate code had been changed without notifying the property manager. The after hours emergency service did not get back to us. Dockside promised to resolve the issue with after hours response service for others in the future.

Enjoyable Stay on the Lake
This was our first time at Lake Anna, and we were very impressed with the lake and surrounding property. The rental property is nicely contained for pets, and is private from neighbors. The house is clean and well furnished. (It might be worth knowing that the master bedroom and loft share a bathroom.) The boat house has ‘outside access’ for tie up, but be careful of the wake from passing boats and jet skis!

Awesome location!
Our family absolutely loved our stay here! The huge backyard was very private. We loved the dock/boathouse area. The neighborhood was so quiet - which made our cove perfect for kayaking. The house was cozy - but we honestly spent most of our time outside enjoying the lake. We would definitely stay again!

Family time
Great space for teens to relax and enjoy the lake. The property was as promised. Screened in room on the dock was amazing for entertaining and relaxing. Water was nice and deep which was great for swimming and jumping off the dock.

First family lake vacation
We spent a majority of our time down at the dock and in the lake. There was plenty of space for our family of 8 on the dock and in the house. Fishing was good. Not a lot of boat traffic except on the weekend. We also got to watch fireworks pretty much every night since someone was always setting them off. We will definitely rent again!

This house ,although not updated in the inside, was simply perfect. The house and kitchen had all of the basics and more, the back yard was outstanding as my Golden Retrievers are now depressed because they can’t just go jump in the lake and swim now that we are home. Fire pit was a perfect size. The boathouse and screen porch was delightful. I will absolutely be renting this unit again.

Fake fragrances and uncomfortable space
We did not enjoy our stay at this rental and left after 1 night. The place was overwhelmed by fake fragrances in every room and crevice giving all of us a headache. The beds were fine but the rest of the place needs some love. The carpet had stains, the couch felt unclean, the goose on the wall was a choice, the showers did not leave us feeling fresh and clean. I wish I would have spent some extra money and rented a nicer place. My lesson learned.

Could’ve Been Better
Let me preface this by saying my partner and I are really into fishing, so we usually decide which house we will rent based on that. We were attracted to the boathouse and the depth of the water. Both the boathouse and dock were fantastic - we spent majority of our time out there. Fishing was great so if you’re into that, I recommend this house. The inside of the home is extremely dated. Looks like there have been no upgrades since the 90’s. Again, we don’t usually care about the home itself as we’re there to fish. This house tho, needs some serious work. The back porch needs the screens repaired. On our first night we had a bird trapped inside (assuming he came through the hole in the screen), and we had to help him escape. The upstairs shower curtain should be replaced as it’s absolutely repulsive. The shower itself was hardly clean and there was a ton of leftover hair all over :( We were also confused by the bed situation and how the sheets weren’t already made on them. Not a huge gripe, but this is the first property where we had to make up the beds. Lastly, some of the towels we received were dirty and covered in moth balls. (Not reflection of house but of linen company.) Overall we would stay here again but it definitely wouldn’t be our first choice.

Nice property with large backyard, roomy dock and screened in porch.
My husband and I stayed here for a long weekend with our dog. The house was roomy and had everything we needed. We spent most of our time down by the lake fishing. We are hoping to stay here in the summer with our kids for a week.

We had a great stay. This house is what you would expect at a lake. Yes there are spiders but not inside the house. The bedroom with the king bed has a deck off of it but no screen door. This bedroom is also more of a loft

Terrific, flat lakefront property
The boathouse was awesome. It was partially screened in with a bar/counter, bumper pool and a mini (dorm size fridge), an area for lounging with options in sun or shade. 1 kayak, 1 canoe and one rowboat. Nice large flat lake front yard for outdoor games. Beautiful sunsets. The house had a nice open floor plan. Not recently updated but a well kept lake home with all the amenities. Thank you for sharing this gem.

Great yard
The yard was great. The house was ok. If you are the one that gets stuck in the loft bedroom, you will have NO privacy. You will not be able to sleep if anyone is up in any other part of the house. The boat house has great potential, if only it had some TLC. Part of the ceiling is falling in. We came in the spring and it had not been cleaned. All the furniture was covered in a thick layer of dirt and cobwebs. So we had to clean it ourselves in order to enjoy it.

Spring break at Lake it Easy
Overall, the house and location were great, but I will say it wasn't the cleanest and there were a ton of bugs (mainly gnats...some flying ants and spiders). The large yard was great for the kiddos and doggies to play/run around in. The boathouse, like the actual house, has great potential, but just needs a bit of TLC (spiders, pollen, busted door). These are expected to some degree, but a wipe down prior to a new guest's stay would be appreciated. All in all, we had a great time, caught plenty of fish (sunnies, bass, and catfish), and would make a return trip.

Lake Anna vacation
The boat house/bar is where we spent 90% of our time fishing and socializing. The yard was also great, plenty of room. We will rent this property again next year. Hopefully the fishing will be better.

Awesome Lake House
We had an amazing time at Lakin It Easy. The house was just the right size for the 5 of us. Has an outstanding boat house and wonderful location on the lake. We definitely plan to make a return trip.
