Only stay if this is all you can afford. Pic is misleading.
Owner doesn’t say anywhere about amount of people in home. When I was there there was 4 people downstairs and 3 to 4 people upstairs. I never saw the owner once and the place was filthy when I arrived. I had to go and buy my own lock set for my door in order to have a sense of security. Washing Machine and Dryer are a mess and need serviced. Clothes take forever to dry. Downstairs restroom sink was clogged the whole time I was there and nobody cleaned up after themselves. I showered with slides on due to the uncleanliness. Refrigerator was filthy and had bad odor. Parking is horrible and there is poor management of the property. The area near it Dunn Rd. And Lem Turner is very sketchy. Only stay here as a last resort.

If I only knew!
I saw on the picture two windows and a closet but that’s not the case. One window with no closet, four walls a small fridge and microwave. Clean and the owner was very thoughtful but not for me.
