Welcome to the gated community of Charleston Oceanfront Villas! This 3 Bed/3 Bath (sleeps 8) condo offers direct private beach access and fantastic oceanfront views from a private covered balcony. Amenities include: 2 oceanfront pools with lounge chairs, 2 elevators and 4 public outdoor showers.

Directly facing the ocean, guests will enjoy the unobstructed panoramic views of the beach from the 27-foot private covered balcony. Featuring an open floor plan that includes the kitchen, dining room and living room areas, this villa is perfect for entertaining family and friends. The dining table has 6 comfortable seats with an additional 4 seats at the adjacent bar off the kitchen. The oceanfront main bedroom features a king bed and a full en-suite bathroom with dual sinks, tub, and a separate shower. Down the hall, the second bedroom is furnished with king bed attached to a full bathroom. The third bedroom has 2 twin beds with access to the third full bathroom. This oceanfront getaway is the perfect place to put your feet up and enjoy the ocean breeze!!

Folly Beach, or as locals refer to it, The Edge of America, is a laid-back, golf-cart-friendly community with many great restaurants, a booming nightlife, plenty of shopping, water activities, and water tours. For more historic exploring, the famous Downtown Charleston is only a 25 - minute car ride, which offers endless fine dining, shopping, historical sites, and more. There is something for everyone here. We promise you will Folly in love with this beautiful island!

Announcements:
If you are booking this property for a reservation stay between September 2024 and May 2025, the HOA will be replacing the windows on the beach side of the building, one stack at a time. They will be starting at the west end (near the column of units 123, 223, 323 and 423) and working their way towards the East end (to the column of units 101, 201, 301 and 401). At this time, the HOA has not disclosed any further information on this project.

Some welcomed news in 2024 is The City of Folly Beach will be re-nourishing our beach which is much needed!
Although not confirmed by the city, work is expected to start around early March until mid-August 2024 and will be focused one block at a time. While we expect this to be a net positive to everyone (more sand and larger beaches), there is a small chance there will be construction on the beach and/or beach closures near this home.
The city hasn't provided any further information on more precise dates, scheduling, or sequencing. But you can stay informed with the latest by visiting the City of Folly Beaches website.
Please note that our office does not have any more information than what is posted online, and we are not responsible for any beach disruptions caused by the re-nourishment during your stay.

You must be at least 25 Years old to rent this home.
Contactless Check-In: This home offers a keyless entry system, and we will provide the code before your arrival date.
Free parking is available with parking passes for 2 vehicles. Per HOA guidelines RV's, golf cart's and any other recreational vehicles are not allowed to be parked on the property.
The community pool is open April-October (exact dates can vary depending on weather) and the fishing dock is open year round.
Grills are not allowed, and no community grill is on site.
2 elevators are available in the building. While we manage this property, we do not manage the maintenance of this building which includes the elevator. The presence of an elevator does not indicate that the home is ADA compliant.
We do not provide beach equipment, but anything available at the property is yours to use.
Check-in time: 4 pm. Check-out time: 10 am.
The Folly Beach noise ordinance is from 10 pm to 8 am.
No pets allowed. Emotional support animals, comfort animals, and therapy dogs are not service animals under Title II and Title III of the ADA and are not allowed in properties unless specifically designated in writing as “pets considered” and approved by our office.
No smoking is allowed in or outside of the condo.
House parties, weddings, functions, events, bands, DJs, etc., are prohibited.
The occupancy can be at most 8 people at any time during your stay.
We require 50% payment at the time of booking. The remaining 50% of your balance will be due 30 days before the check-in date, and we will run the card on file. Bookings within 30 days of your arrival date require full payment at the time of booking.

Suppose the occupancy is misrepresented or a disturbance is reported at the property. In that case, we reserve the right to terminate your rental agreement and will require that you vacate the property immediately without a refund. However, we are committed to your and our community's comfort, so please let us know if we can do anything during your stay to make it more enjoyable.

Lovely place. Only difficulties were ability to get parking permit and very delayed response to some questions from manager. Having to park off property in an unknown area and walk up to building alone at night was a little uncomfortable to get parking pass and button for gate. And there were no written directions for use of gate, only a video and i didn't realize that. But figured it out. Also having to do the amount of cleaning for a 3 bedroom with what i paid was a lot i have stayed many places and not had to take trash all the way to the dumpster myself and bag up the linens. Usually just need to strip beds and put things in tub. Isn't a lot if have help but alone it was a lot. stay was lovely. Property was wonderful location and space.

Beautiful resort. My whole family enjoyed the location. We were able to see a family of dolphins surface and jumping through the ocean. We were on the 3rd floor, perfect place for us. Very peaceful. Thank you!!!!!

We enjoyed our stay, the condo was just as pictured. It was clean and the beds were comfortable. We really liked the view from the balcony and close proximity to restaurants, shopping,the pier and the beach. We essentially walked everywhere. Webhad a minor issue with a door handle being loose and it was fixed within the hour. The only thing that could have been inproved upon was the pools. Both could have benefited from a good cleaning as there was a dirty dark film on the tiles above the water line in both pools.But it wasnt enough of an issue to keep us out of them. Everything went smoothly and we would definitely stay there again.
