Find your peace on Topsail Island when you stay at Beach Bliss! This stunning single-family home, located in Nautic Bay, one of Topsail Island's newest waterfront communities, is a fantastic property that features sound side views and spacious living areas to provide your family with a blissful rental experience.

Beach Bliss is located at 324 Oceanaire Lane in Surf City, NC, and will accommodate up to 10 people ages 4 and up. This property offers a King bed, 2 Queen beds, and 2 Bunk Bed sets. Pillows and blankets will be provided for all advertised bed sizes but sheets and towels will not. You are welcome to bring your own or arrange for a weekly rental through the realty company.

➤***Please Note: Private pool seasonally (May-Sept). Waiver signature required before check-in ***

➤Sorry, but NO PETS are allowed at this property.

➤No Smoking is allowed inside this property.

➤Linens (Sheets and Towels) are NOT provided with Lewis Realty reservations, However, we do offer a linen rental service!

A Full house linen package will include Sheets for all advertised beds, 2 towel sets per person, and a set of Kitchen Towels with a sponge. Additional charge for rentals longer than 1 week.

Individual bed sheet sets will include a set of bedsheets and 2 sets of towels per person. (2 sets for Twin beds and 4 sets for Double, Queen, and King Beds)

➤A 7-night Saturday to Saturday stay will be required during our Peak summer and Holiday seasons. A 3-night minimum stay will be required during our off-season.

➤This property offers PointCentral Keyless Access for a speedy check-in. Check-in instructions will be emailed to the reservation holder.

Great vacation home!
The house was perfect. My husband loved the covered porch on the top, shaded and no bugs flew that high (ha!). The house wasn't a far walk to the beach. And the home is a short drive from grocery stores, restaurants and shops. A storm knocked out wifi for a bit one morning, but a super nice guy from Lewis Realty had us back up and running in a flash w/ some assistance over the phone. We all had a terrific time!

Nice Visit
Home was great, nicely furnished and stocked, enjoyed the short walk to the beach access, very pleasant neighborhood, overall a good time. Not sure if it's the owner or the property management, but I hope they reconsider the linen policy. I was given notice, found the pricing too high. I'm not a fan of the policy

Great last minute getaway!
This was our first visit to the area and we were so fortunate to find this house last minute during spring break. It is lovely and new with tasteful decor. It is an easy walk to the beach and a short drive or bike ride to great restaurants. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to the Topsail Island area.

Great week at the beach!
This was a great location! On a cul-de-sac so perfect for the kids to play and ride bikes safely. Short walk to the beach. We had a wonderful time!
