Private home available for winter and rally rentals! Hot tub! Massage chair!

This black hills home is conveniently located south of Rapid City. If you need dates other than those that are open, please contact us.

This home includes three bedrooms (1 king on main floor, 2 queen in loft bedrooms), 2.5 bath (full bath on main floor, 3/4 bath in loft, 1/2 bath in garage) with all the amenities!

Pull out couch/futon and twin trundle bed also available for sleeping in loft! Additional room for extras on air mattresses, couches, etc. No charge for extra guests.

You will enjoy a 1600 square foot garage/man cave with pool table, shuffleboard table, 75” tv and wet bar. Outside boasts a hot tub, fire pit, sitting area and grill. Perfect place to relax in the massage chair and enjoy the peaceful Black Hills evenings!

Family Retreat
Great family retreat. The setting, the amenities made an enjoyable family get away. Location is close to hiking and other Black Hills outings. Host was excellent and very responsive. We hope to stay again in the future.

South Dakota experience
We had a wonderful family vacation visiting all of the sights. The home was in a relaxing country setting that was the perfect base camp for taking day trips. We especially loved the massage chair and hot tub. Thank you for sharing your home.

Outstanding!
My wife and 3 boys had a great time here. Very relaxing, accommodating and great location! After long days of exploring all the black hills has to offer, we were able to unwind in the hot tub, or by the fire and spend quality time together. The owners were very quick to respond with any questions we had. It was obvious they took the time to design this home to feel like home and also very fun to stay in! Would highly recommend to anyone who is interested. Us boys loved the urinal in the garage bathroom as well, lol great idea! Thanks for allowing us to stay.
