Your next beach vacation will be perfect in this 4 bedroom, 3 bath, short walk to the beach home in Surfside Beach. Enjoy the privacy and convenience of a ground level bedroom with bath and your own pool. Covered and screened porches, enclosed outside shower, propane and charcoal grills and WIFI are a few of amenities that make "Utopia" your perfect vacation destination. Sorry, no pets or smoking allowed.

Enclosed outside shower. Charcoal grill. Pool 12 x 25. 2 blocks from beach and public access. Internet is wireless. No smoking or pets allowed. Golf cart for rent for $900/mo (for monthly rentals only). Arrangements must be made in advance. 5 TVS

Good overall
There were some things that were not working properly and some things that need updating but we made do with what we needed to. The bedrooms were great size and everything was accurate on the website. Overall a good experience.

No extra toilet paper or paper towels, no bathroom soap, filthy floors ( kids had black feet in minutes - my wife mopped the floors).

Great location!
Less than 5 minutes walk to the beach. Great location for food, activities, entertainment. The house was gorgeous, clean, up to date. Pool was amazing, as well! Tremendously enjoyed our stay.

Nice vacation
House had ever itches item you could ever need! Could you a through deep cleaning, painting and update of furniture. Pool was very nice!
