Beautiful and peaceful location!
We could not be more pleased. The cottage is lovely and well appointed. It was peaceful, restful and beautiful. We will be back to this exact location again. Loved it. The only slight downside is the comfort of the bed. But otherwise, perfect.

Excellence in Simplicity
We spent our wedding anniversary here dazzled by the lake and autumn changing trees. The quiet and scenery fueled tons of inspiration for us and got our creative juices flowing - we got a ton of great work done. Plus, everything was immaculate, super cozy, and the perfect size for a couple. We took out the boat and built an outdoor fire, watched movies and cooked in the awesome kitchen. A rustic oasis for an incredible getaway. ❤️

A Great Discovery!
As rental properties go, this house was A+ all the way. I have rented vacation homes in many locations and for many years. This house was just magnificent. Beautifully furnished, very well situated on the lake, and equipped more thoughtfully than most of the rental properties that I have enjoyed over the past several decades! Many rental properties fall short on things like cooking utensils, spices, paper goods and the like. This property supplied everything and more needed for a convenient and easy stay. One of the best features was the contact person who was responsive and caring, especially when there were a few problems. Her eagerness to help and her efficient handling of all matters was outstanding and very much appreciated. The lake was lovely, the provisions, i.e. gas grill, Adirondack chairs, kayaks, safety equipment, etc. was more than adequate. This is a house that we hope to come back to at least annually. What a find! Special mention to Evolve for handling the rental experience extremely well in every way.

amazing, tranquil lake house
We have stayed at many lakehouses in the Catskills/Hudon region over the years, and this was one of the very best. The house was comfortable and had every amenity we could have wanted. The lake was beautiful and it was so relaxing to use one of the property's included kayaks to spend time out on the water. The owner was friendly, responsive and helpful, and overall we had a fantastic stay. We will definitely be back!
