CONDO: - Condominium of reasonable standard, with a privileged location, just 50 min from SP, by Rod. Fernão Dias and D. Pedro I (approx. 70 km), with only one toll, at the height of Mairiporã. Quiet also for those coming from the Campinas region. Highways in excellent condition.
- Total security: entry upon identification and permission of the owner; cameras; motorized and walking men, making rounds 24 hours a day.

FERIADO SENSACIONAL!
FERIADO SENSACIONAL! O imóvel fica em uma região bem bonita, cheia de montanhas, e o condomínio é perfeito, demais seguro e organizado, além de lindo! A casa é uma graça. O proprietário, muito atencioso e tranquilo. Nos transmitiu segurança e assistência durante todo o tempo. Lugar calmo. Vale muito a pena ir com a família, tudo muito bem limpo e no lugar. Foi um final de semana prolongado de muita paz, inesquecível. Estou grata e muito feliz em ter acertado na escolha. SUPER INDICO!

Ótima casa!
Passamos a virada de ano (2015/2016) nesta casa e não tenho do que reclamar, muito pelo contrário, somente elogiar. As acomodações são todas bem amplas, tudo funciona e quando chegamos tudo bem limpo. Na cozinha encontramos todos os acessórios que precisávamos, não faltando nada. As cadeiras de piscina e guarda sol são super novos. Internet funciona perfeitamente! A Sra. Mercedes que nos foi indicada pelo Sr. Silvio para nos ajudar durante nossa estadia é uma pessoa ótima. Cuidou de tudo todos os dias, esteve sempre atenta para nos auxiliar no que precisamos. O Sr. Silvio é uma pessoa extremamente atenciosa, que efetivamente se preocupa com a locação. Só tenho a agradecer e recomendar! Muitíssimo obrigada!

Ótimo Natal Nesta Chácara
Passamos o Natal 2015 nesta casa com a família. A residência atendeu nossas expectativas, acomodou 8 pessoas com muito conforto, amplos espaços, garagem coberta, toda avarandada e com todos os utensílios funcionando perfeitamente, além de tudo, está em um condomínio fechado, com muita segurança, o controle de acesso é bastante rígido. O imóvel estava em ótimo estado de conservação e limpeza. O clima da região é outro atrativo, região montanhosa com dias quentes e noites frescas, dá para aproveitar muito bem as piscinas. Um grande diferencial desta casa é a internet por fibra optica de alta velocidade, imprescindível nos dias de hoje, como precisei trabalhar conectado nos dias 22 e 23/12, fez toda a diferença. O proprietátio, Sr. Silvio é muito atencioso e prestativo, as dicas de comércios da cidade são bem fidedignas, encontramos o que precisávamos nos locais indicados. Indico esse imóvel e pretendemos voltar assim que possível. Paulo Santos

A casa está em ótimas condições, tudo muito bem arrumado e limpo! O proprietário é muito atencioso e solicito!! Ótima fim de semana que passei com minha família! A única coisa que não agradou foi a ausência da conexão wi-fi... Mas nada que tenha atrapalhado a viagem
