It's an easy walk to the beach from the backyard and just a few houses down to the community walkway (paved so easy to navigate with kids, grandmas, and a full wagon load of beach gear). Then it's just across the beach road to the paved access leading to steps up and over to the beach!

This house was made for people that love their families and love the beach! The top-level has a great room with a TV and Blu-Ray player, the top deck has access to both the great room and the large covered porch, which is also accessible from the dining room and kitchen area. Mealtimes are a treat with a well appointed kitchen and 2 large dining tables! Granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and plenty of storage await the family chef at “Seaside Memories”. The mid-level offers a distinctive layout that offers more privacy than the standard “hotel-style” house. All Outer Banks Blue properties provide bed linens and bath towels for a small fee added to every reservation. We provide 1 bath towel and washcloth per advertised occupant. We provide 1 hand towel and 1 bar of soap per bathroom sink. We also provide kitchen towels. Beds are made prior to your arrival, and we provide a starter supply of toilet paper, bathroom soap, paper towels, and dishwasher detergent.
