This is a great family villa with a spacious master bedroom which has a super king size bed and ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and is downstairs and the other two bedrooms have twin beds
Every bedroom has a flat screen TV (one with a DVD player) as well as the family room which has 108 cable channels. There is free wireless internet access and free US telephone calls
The kitchen is fully equipped and all towels and linens are provided
The pool area has a great view of the lake and there is a walkway around the lake. the private pool can be heated in the cooler months for a charge.
The onsite amenities within this secure gated resort are second to none and include the 9,000+ square foot clubhouse that features free WIFI, a cyber café, sundry shop, exercise facility, games room and a lakefront gazebo
The resort has 2 communal swimming pools (one is zero-entry), 2 spas and a children’s play area. The villa is conveniently located close to Disney and near enough to excellent restaurants and shops

Great space for a family
This was perfect space for my family and I loved downstairs bedroom for my mom so she didn't have to try the stairs. If anything I would recommend is keeping air at 74 was uncomfortable I did have to purchase a fan to sleep comfortably in the room I was in but I was aware of this before booking so definitely not a complaint just something to think about if you prefer a cooler temperature as I do.

This property is in a great location. Its minutes from Disney and under 30 min to Universal.
The property is spacious. Nice size kitchen and living room. The pool which is private to you only was so much fun. Its also conveniently close to stores and restaurants. A+ stay for my family.

Family vacay 2021
The communication with property owners was great and I guess it was the property management that I was also communicating with. The listing is just as it states, it was a comfortable stay and the pool was hit. Checkin was easy. The cleaning crew however needs a bit more training. There was hair on the floors of the bathrooms and hair in the beds. Hair was also in the drawers and there was clothing left from the prior guest in the twin room my kids stayed in. The cleaning team came and changed the bed sheets the next day and swept the floors. Thankfully I brought my own Quaternary cleaner , Lysol and Odorban.

Convenient & Comfortable
House a little smaller than photos but very comfortable. Required to keep house at 74 degrees however the sun hits directly in afternoon so heats the house. My elderly parents had a room on 1st floor w/their own bathroom & my kids and I stayed upstairs each with our own bedroom & bathroom. Convenient to Disney theme parks, restaurants, Wal-Mart, etc. Quiet gated community. Would stay here again.
