Two car lock up garage with electric car charging point. Heating and air conditioning in main bedroom and living areas. Large master suite and ensuite. Study with dual monitors and docking station to plug your lap top in.

All vehicles staying at the property must fit within the boundaries of the property which is maximum of 4 medium size vehicles. Property is not suitable for boats or caravans.

Absolute gem.
We frequently stay down south and this has to be by far the cleanest and thought out place we have come across. The local is amazing for shooting off to all of the great spots around the south west, and is also provides great near by drop in shops for stocking up for supplies. The house is more spacious than what the photos show, and the layout and flow of the house is brilliant. We would 100% stay again and also highly recommend it. Thanks for the great stay 😊

Perfect stay
I stayed at Breath of Fresh Eyre for a week over Christmas with my mother who is 90YO and my sister. It was perfect. Beautifully clean, spacious, light and bright, well appointed, quiet location, comfortable beds, everything you could ask for and more. It was away from the hub bub of Dunsborough town centre but close enough to pop to the shops if needed. I would love to stay again.

Great Property & Comfy Stay
I booked the property for my wife and her friends. They had a great time and said the property was well presented, clean and the beds were comfy. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay in Dunsborough.
