Mammoth Estates is located in the heart of it all, walking distance to the Village at Mammoth, in a quaint and quiet forest mountain setting. This two-bedroom, two-bath corner unit is the perfect mountain vacation spot. Featuring extra high granite countertops and a cool remodeled modern mountain design. This unit sleeps a maximum of 6 people, with a king bed in the master and a a set of bunkbeds and a queen in the guest room. Perfect for family fun. This townhome is non-smoking and pets are not permitted. Short walk to the year round amenities Mammoth Estates has to offer such as the Game Room, Jacuzzi and Sauna. Take a plunge in the beautiful pool in hot summer months or just soak in the sun surrounded by beautiful landscape. All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more. Guests will be provided two parking passes. If more parking is required than what is allotted, feel free to call our office for alternative options. Our calendar is updated in real time. Cozy mountain retreat with great location
Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo was in great shape and clearly recently renovated. The upstairs common space had lots of natural light and space to accommodate 6. Short walking distance to the village and gondola a major plus. My only complaint is that the queen bed in the bunk room desperately needs a refresh for any adults to be comfortable. I will definitely come back.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was lovely and very well-equipped. The location was just a short walk to the Village. We appreciated that the kitchen had everything we could have wanted. The only negative was the countertops were strangely high which made cooking and cleaning a little awkward form me.

Great stay, we would go back, love the tall counter Hight in kitchen. The only negative is the heating is not adequate for the unit, very cold in the morning and takes a while to warm.
