Booked in this property in May, agent took half of the full payment including bond (not ans andvertised on Stayz) actually drew it twice and took over a week to get the duplicate payment returned. Then six weeks before travelling, told this property not available. Ended up in a 3x1 for the same money with virtually no options but to accept. Spoke to the agent as tv/wifi didn’t work, never heard back from him. A very disappointing experience by Northern Beaches Holiday Rentals / Palm Beach Holiday Letting

Fantastic Holiday!
We were extremely pleased with the unit as it was modern, well equipped, spacious and perfectly located. For a family with two active kids it was the perfect holiday spot. Only a short walk to the beach, Coles, plenty of restaurants and tennis courts. Only a short drive over to the marina and The Newport. Other great activities we enjoyed a short drive away included hiking over Bilgola Plateau, Clareville and Bilgola beaches and a very fun day at 'The Basin'. I would highly recommend this unit.

A well located and clean unit with plenty of space for family of five.
Very convenient location and well appountef unit including a lift to a double lock up garage. The large balcony was great for outdoor summer dinners. Friendly neighbours.

Very comfortable and well-equipped apartment
We had a great week in Newport staying in this very comfortable, very clean, and well-equipped apartment. The apartment was spacious and perfect for our family of four. Location was quiet and very easy to get to the beach.
